Totalsports, part of TFG’s diverse portfolio of lifestyle and apparel brands, is hiring a Sales Associate (40hr) at its Birch Acres store in Gauteng, South Africa. As a brand ambassador, the Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions while keeping pace with the latest fashion and décor trends. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, assisting with stock replenishment, and actively pursuing new sales opportunities. Candidates must have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Totalsports seeks passionate individuals who embody their core values of performance, authenticity, and innovation, with preference given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act. Responsibilities

• Being an ambassador for our brand and offering amazing customer experience
• Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions
• Actively keeping track of sales performance against target
• Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
• Searching out opportunities for making new sales
• Assist with replenishing of stock to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
